A partir de una carta de la militante Lili Massaferro a un amigo norteamericano locutada en off y material de archivo de diversos medios de comunicación argentinos, un raconto de la historia personal de Lili y su compromiso político, que involucra a la propia historia argentina: el peronismo con la figura de Evita, la muerte de su hijo Manolo, el movimiento feminista peronista de los 70.
Based on a letter from activist Lili Massaferro to an American friend, narrated in voice-over, and using archival material from various Argentine media outlets, the film recounts Lili’s personal story and her political commitment, intertwined with Argentina’s own history: Peronism and the figure of Evita, the death of her son Manolo, and the Peronist feminist movement of the 1970s.
