Federico García Lorca ikastetxeko azken ikasturteko ikasleak zuzentzeko film baten bila ari dira. Zer egingo zenukete edo zer agertzea gustatuko litzaizueke ijito kulturari edo ijito herriari buruzko film bat egingo bagenu?
A la imagen de un barrio junto a la autopista, en las afueras de la ciudad de Córdoba, le sigue un fondo de teatro. Las alumnas y alumnos del último curso del colegio Federico García Lorca están buscando una película a realizar. ¿Cómo haríais o qué os gustaría que apareciese si hiciésemos una película sobre la cultura gitana o sobre el pueblo gitano?
The image of a neighbourhood beside the motorway, with the city in the background, is followed by a theatrical canvas. On the outskirts of Córdoba, Spain, the final year pupils at Federico García Lorca primary school are looking for a film to make. What would you do or what would you like to see if we were to make a film about Roma culture or the Roma people?

Adin ertaineko gizon batek bere nerabezaro iskanbilatsuaz hausnartzen du bere haurtzaroko logelan eserita. Un hombre de mediana edad reflexiona sobre su tormentosa adolescencia mientras permanece sentado en la habitación de su infancia. A través de unas cavilaciones intrincadas y profundamente personales, todas ellas relacionadas de alguna manera con su cabello —el crecimiento o la caída del cabello—, vamos acumulando con el tiempo significado en el amplio recorrido de su vida.
A middle-aged man reflects back on his tumultuous adolescent phase while sitting in his childhood bedroom. Through intricate and deeply personal musings somehow all tied to his hair - hair growing or hair receding - we, over time accumulate meaning into the larger journey of his life.

En una cueva dentro de un incisivo, una chamana trabaja arduamente en un enorme mural. Cuando se le acaba la pintura, viaja hasta la muela del juicio, situada en la parte posterior de la boca, para conseguir nuevos suministros. Su viaje es arduo, ya que las tormentas de pasta de dientes azotan la cavidad bucal: el presentador de televisión al que pertenece la boca se prepara para dar el parte meteorológico con una brillante sonrisa blanca.
In a cave within an incisor, a shaman works ambitiously on a massive mural. When she runs out of paint, she travels to the wisdom tooth at the back of the mouth to gather new supplies. Her journey is arduous, as toothpaste storms sweep through the oral cavity: the television presenter to whom the mouth belongs prepares to deliver the weather report with a brilliant white smile.

En un mundo que exige una participación comunitaria, los anhelos individuales chocan de forma inevitable. Pero cuando pequeñas acciones cotidianas desencadenan consecuencias inesperadas, se ven obligados a interactuar, lo que pone a prueba su independencia.

Irudien artean tartekatuta, gizon baten ahotsak gertakarien bertsio ofiziala azaltzen du. Duen itxurazko hutsalkeriaren azpian, filmak benetan gertatu zena estali zelako susmoa pizten du.
Una película deteriorada, rodada en 1982 en un país latinoamericano, presenta una sucesión de imágenes del día a día, entre las que destacan unas pocas que dan testimonio de los violentos acontecimientos que tuvieron lugar el 9 de mayo de ese año. Intercalada entre las imágenes, la voz de un hombre expone la versión oficial de los hechos. Bajo su aparente banalidad, la película suscita la sospecha de que se encubrió lo que realmente ocurrió.
A deteriorated film, shot in 1982 in a Latin American country, presents a succession of everyday images, among which a few stand out that testify to the violent events that took place on May 9 of that year. Interspersed between the images, a man's voice presents the official version of the events. Beneath its apparent banality, the film raises suspicion that what really happened was covered up.
