Marco basamortuaren erdiko hilobi bakarti bateko gurutzean kateatuta esnatuko da.
Ez du ezer gogoratzen, eta ez daki nork egin dion horrelako zerbait, are gutxiago goiz
horretan bertan bere ezkontza ospatzekoa zenean. Utzi dioten telefonoak zenbaki
bakar batera deitzeko aukera ematen du, eta nekez lankatzen du estaldura.
Karteran, euro bateko txanpon bat, bere finantza-aholkulariaren bisita-txartel bat
eta Marco emakume batekin ageri den argazki misteriotsu bat besterik ez ditu.
Deshidratazioz hiltzeko zorian dagoela, Venturaren furgoneta agertuko da; kale-
saltzaile horrek bi arau besterik ez ditu bere negozioan: ez du ezer fion ematen eta ez
du salbuespenik egiten inorekin. Baina Venturaren telefono mugikorrak jo eta ahots
batek hilobiaren barruan zer dagoen esaten dionean, ekaitza lehertuko da.
Marco, amanece encadenado a la cruz de una solitaria tumba en medio del desierto.
No recuerda nada ni sabe quién ha podido hacerle algo así, y menos cuando esa misma
mañana iba a celebrarse su propia boda. El teléfono que le han dejado, sólo tiene un
número al que llamar y rara vez encuentra cobertura. En su cartera, sólo hay una
moneda de un euro, una tarjeta de visita de su asesor financiero y una misteriosa foto
de Marco con una mujer. A punto de morir deshidratado, aparece la furgoneta de
Ventura, una vendedora ambulante que sólo tiene dos reglas en su negocio: No fía
nada ni hace excepciones con nadie. Pero cuando suena el teléfono móvil de Ventura y
una voz le dice lo que hay dentro de la tumba, se desata la tormenta.
Marco wakes up at dawn chained to the cross of a lonely grave in the middle of the
desert. He remembers nothing and has no idea who could have done this to him,
especially since his own wedding was supposed to take place that very morning. The
phone left for him only has one number to call and rarely has any reception. In his
wallet, there is only a one-euro coin, his financial advisor's business card, and a
mysterious photo of Marco with a woman. On the verge of dying from dehydration,
Ventura's van appears. She is a street vendor with only two rules for her business: she
never gives credit and she makes no exceptions for anyone. But when Ventura’s cell
phone rings and a voice tells her what is inside the grave, a storm is unleashed.
